All steaks are packaged with two steaks in a package. Ground meat is packaged in one pound packages. Roasts are in approximately 3 to 5 pound packages.
We have a limited supply of Griller, Family and Ground Beef packages available. Please contact Tami for availability or for information on the Spring 2015 harvest @ (406) 794-1863.
Griller Beef Pack includes 10 lbs of steaks that would be great for grilling, 8 lbs ground beef and 5 lbs ground round. **ALL WEIGHTS ARE APPROXIMATE**
The Family Beef Pack includes a variety of cuts including 18 lbs of a variety of roasts, 10 lbs of ground beef; 2 lbs stew meat, 2 lbs sirloin steak. **ALL WEIGHTS ARE APPROXIMATE**
The Ground Beef Pack will include APPROXIMATELY 25 lbs of ground beef.
Please note that substitutions may be necessary in the Griller and Family Beef Packs due to availability.
We make local deliveries to Billings, Montana every Thursday. Orders must be received by the Monday prior in order to be included in the delivery.
